• Be at least 18 years old and not older than 75 years old (age limits may vary depending on individual circumstances).
• Hold a valid, full UK driving license for at least 6 months (3 months if you are over 25).
• Have a permanent UK address.
• Not have more than one fault claim in the last 12 months and not have more than 9 penalty points on your license in the past 18 months.
• Have not had an insurance policy refused or cancelled.

You must also have the permission of the vehicle owner to drive the vehicle covered under our insurance policy.

3. Services Provided

GoDally offers:

• Short-term Car Insurance: Coverage can be purchased for periods ranging from one hour to 30 days.
• Comprehensive Coverage: This includes protection against loss, theft, or damage to the insured vehicle.
• Optional Add-ons: Optional coverage may include full European cover for driving outside the UK.

4. Use of Our Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Use our services in any way that may damage or impair the website or interfere with other users’ access to the website.
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct while using GoDally’s services.

6. Insurance Coverage

• Coverage Period: The coverage will begin as specified in your policy and will end once the insured period has expired, unless otherwise agreed.
• Exclusions: The policy will not cover certain damages, such as those caused by tire issues (punctures, cuts, or bursts), electrical failures, or damage caused by unauthorized drivers.
• Claims: If a claim is made, it must be submitted promptly. Any incidents that result in a claim must be reported to GoDally immediately, and all necessary information must be provided to facilitate the claim process.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your insurance policy within the cooling-off period (typically within 14 days of purchase), and we will provide a refund subject to the terms of your policy. After this period, no refunds will be given for early cancellations.

GoDally reserves the right to cancel any insurance policy if it is found that the provided information is false or misleading, or if the insurance terms are violated.

8. Limitation of Liability

GoDally is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, even if GoDally has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim related to the use of our services is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service or product that caused the issue.
